Shipping Policy
1.1 What is the Typical Shipping Time Frame for Amovan product(s)?
Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Amovan Ring is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. All other orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to decide where to ship the from, and we may change the place(s) from time to time.

1.3 What Should I Do If My Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received?
Packages may be delivered to your front door or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can check with the courier company using your tracking number. If possible, please check and provide us with any supporting photo or other documents you may have, as this may help us solve the issue.
